Travel retail training specialist 2.0 & Partners has collaborated with food & beverage travel retailer Autogrill, part of Avolta, to roll out its dedicated onboarding training programme to frontline staff globally through a bespoke e-learning platform.
Designed specifically for the travel retail sector, the Onboarding course equips frontline teams with the strategies, skills and insights required to succeed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Featuring tailored modules for both retail and F&B employees, the programme supports new recruits in building strong foundations while enhancing the service capabilities and commercial awareness of existing staff. Practical exercises and real-world scenarios are central to the learning approach.
Under the agreement, Autogrill employees worldwide will access the training via 2.0 & Partners’ e-learning Academy platform, which offers on-demand access to its portfolio of specialised travel retail courses. The platform incorporates gamification and community-building tools to increase engagement, while enabling flexible learning that integrates seamlessly with existing training frameworks.
The partnership marks a significant milestone for 2.0 & Partners as it continues to expand its Customer Experience Management (CXM) and training solutions across the global travel retail industry.
