Revenue will increase about 31% in the fiscal year ending in October, and about 10% in the year ending in October 2027, the company said Monday in a statement. Both are significantly higher than analyst growth expectations — 19% and 5.3% for fiscal years 2026 and 2027, respectively.
HPE decided to give an early forecast for fiscal 2027 to show the “durability of this momentum,” Chief Executive Officer Antonio Neri said in an interview.
Expectations were high for HPE after competitor Dell Technologies Inc. posted blow-out results last week that boosted the shares of companies across the sector. HPE, one of the largest makers of computing equipment, has become a major beneficiary of the demand for hardware to train and deploy artificial intelligence technology.
