The Organization’s purpose is to serve as the central body for promoting women’s entrepreneurship and women’s leadership in Greece, contributing to the creation of a business environment with more opportunities, equal participation, and meaningful prospects for advancement for women.
Through the development of policy proposals, the implementation of support initiatives, the enhancement of knowledge and skills, and the creation of strong collaborative networks in Greece and internationally, OGEI aims to serve as a point of reference for the promotion of women’s entrepreneurship, innovation, and modern leadership.
At the same time, the Organization will develop policy proposals through collaboration with the relevant ministries, public organizations, local government, the academic community, business organizations, and the private sector, with the goal of promoting institutional measures that strengthen women’s entrepreneurship, expand women’s participation in positions of responsibility and leadership, and contribute to the development of a more competitive, innovative, and inclusive growth model for the country.
The new Management Committee assumes responsibility for implementing the Organization’s strategic objectives and developing initiatives that will make a substantial contribution to promoting women’s entrepreneurship and modern leadership in Greece.
